Community proposals enter a 24-hour DEC voting window. DEC members vote to approve or reject. Rejected proposals get their 10 ITL seed refunded.
Approved markets go live. Anyone can participate by staking ITL on their predicted outcome. Min stake: 0.001 ITL. 0.5% participation fee applies.
After market expiry, DEC votes on the correct outcome (3h window). Admin confirms, market finalizes, and winners claim their payouts. 5% settlement fee.
